Ayala North Point was the center of festivity during the grand launch of Amaia Scapes North Point last February 19, 2011. Close to 500 people trooped there to witness the much-awaited arrival of the housing project that aims to give more people a chance to own an Ayala Land home.
Dubbed as Festival of Smiles, the event was a success as Negrenses joined the fun and celebration for having Amaia Land that takes pride in its five pillars which are close to every Filipino's heart: Malapit sa lahat, Napakadali, May Dating, De-Kalidad and Paangat ang buhay.
Gracing the event were the Amaia Mancomm officials led by Ricky M. Celis, president of Amaia Land; Hon. Mayor Eric Saratan of Talisay, Negros; Jinky Aguinaldo from the office of the president of Ayala Land; representatives from the Cebu Holdings Inc., and the local media.
Adding to the festive atmosphere were the drumbeaters who energized the visitors with their rhythmic dance music while the renowned Minulu-an and Masskara dancers, who were garbed in fancy costumes, wowed the guests with their intricate and amazing dance moves.
Guests enjoyed the sumptuous food while they watched the Amaia video presentation that underscored the amenities, benefits and uniqueness of Amaia Scapes North Point. They also had a chance to ride for free on the customized Amaia jeepneys.
But prior to this grand celebration, Amaia employees and agents had saturated the areas of Talisay and Bacolod with a motorcade en route to major roads and thoroughfares. With them in the parade were the Masskara dancers that caught the attention and interest of many people.
Truly, Amaia brought smiles to everyone not only because of its successful events but by offering Negrenses a place that will turn their dreams into a reality because at Amaia, they can say, kaya ko na!
Amaia Scapes North Point is the first project of Amaia Land in Visayas. It is a part of Ayala Land's fully integrated community in Talisay, Negros Occidental which has been master-planned with BPO office spaces, a retail strip, a school and several residential projects.
