With these five driving forces at helm, Amaia steered itself to a record first year, where in its pilot project sold more than 50% in only nine months. With fast-paced construction, Amaia Scapes already has 66 units ready for turnover and 306 units underway since groundbreaking in January 2010. With units reasonably priced from P600,000 to P1.25M, Amaia is fast conquering new frontiers.
Geographically, Amaia is expanding its reach and breaking ground at prime locations. It will launch seven (7) projects, adding about 10,000 new inventories within the year in Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Pampanga, Cabanatuan and Negros Occidental.
On top of this, the company is eyeing on diversifying its product range by introducing vertical developments within Metro Manila. Amaia Steps, a walk up condominium concept will address the needs of young families while Amaia Skies, a medium to high rise condominium project will cater more to single professionals who want accessibility and convenience, or simple wish to lead an independent lifestyle.
