Real estate developer Ayala Land knows its market. In fact, it is so familiar with the needs of the various socioeconomic classes that it created specific companies to cater to every budget, mindset and way of life.

Amaia Steps, perfect for newlyweds starting a family and early nesters, is located in Novaliches. The four-hectare piece of land will be built with 20 five-story buildings and an amenity building, clustered strategically to maximize privacy, security, natural lighting and ventilation. Features include landscaped open spaces, a club house, swimming pool, basketball court and playground. Each unit has a 30-square meter area.

Amaia Skies, on the other hand, is a highrise project in Cubao. Three towers will be built to add to the bustling city-center's skyline, primarily catering to single professionals who enjoy the metropolitan life. Three unit configurations are available-Studio, Bedroom and Garden-giving residents the opportunity to express their individuality through their homes' layout. This also affords small and young families with limited resources to live right in the middle of the city.

With Amaia, having an Ayala Land home is now possible for everyone. Flexible payment schemes with low monthly amortization and special discounts are offered. This makes an Amaia residence ideal for individuals and growing families with a combined monthly income of as low as P20,000.

With the goal of elevating the lives of every Filipino and "empowering modest income earners to finally realize their dream homes, Amaia Land follows the Ayala Land tradition of giving buyers their money's worth.
