Amaia Land, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, has unveiled its latest development - the Amaia Series Vermosa Green Park. This eco-friendly park is geared towards sustainable development and aims to provide a haven for residents in line with the Amaia CARES sustainability campaign.

Amaia has a clear sustainability mission and promise through its Amaia CARES campaign, embodying Connectivity and Accessibility, Right-sized Living Spaces, Eco-efficiency, and Structural Stability. These pillars ensure a well-rounded commitment to creating sustainable communities that prioritize convenience, well-being, environmental consciousness, and safety.

Amaia Series Vermosa, situated within the 700-hectare integrated development of Vermosa in Cavite, introduces the Green Park as a groundbreaking addition. Its sustainability features include reduced heat gain through roofs and exterior paint, fixtures with a low flow rate of 40%, and natural cross ventilation, setting a new standard for sustainable residential developments.

The Green Park has a play deck that provides open spaces within the park, allowing children to engage in Filipino Street Play or 'Larong Pinoy.' Aided by supplementary design elements, children can enjoy a multitude of traditional Filipino street games.

The Tirescape uses tires as accent features for the play area, with poles and bars for various activities and exercises, promoting physical fitness and creativity.

It also has open spaces for multi-purpose areas. These flexible spaces that can be paved and transformed into a communal area for synchronized exercising, Zumba, and other aerobic activities, fostering community well-being.
