In line with our commitment to energy conservation amid the global oil crisis, our Customer Service Desk (AMICASSA) at Circuit Corporate Center Tower 2 office will observe the following operating hours, effective April 13, 2026:
Monday to Thursday ( 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM )
While our physical desk shifts to this new schedule, our remote support remains uninterrupted from Monday to Friday. You may continue to reach us through our hotline (8848-5000), via email (residential.customers@ayalaland.com.ph), or through the AccessALI portal.
